A cultural powerhouse right across the artistic disciplines, Sydney has a huge amount to offer the business visitor by way of entertainment. But the city's strategy of leveraging its intellectual capital to bring in business events is also worthy of applause. In the fifth of six films from the New South Wales (NSW) capital – and alongside Business Events Sydney’s (BESydney) International Advisory Board (IAB) - we visit the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct and the Art Gallery of New South Wales, both shortly undergoing major expansion. We hear about the Sydney Festival, which lights up the city for three weeks every January. And at BESydney’s Ambassador Dinner - inside the stunning Sydney Opera House - we learn how power networking helps the city make a competitive and compelling case to win international events. The film is introduced by BESydney Chief Executive Officer Lyn Lewis-Smith.
