How to use AccessNSW free event planning
AccessNSW will save you time, money and stress throughout the event planning process by finding conference and event venues and suppliers, providing ideas, sourcing quotes and booking event site inspections on your behalf, all while maintaining your privacy. You will not be charged for any AccessNSW services.
Step 1: Request a Proposal (RFP) for your event planning
Complete and submit an online Request for Proposal (RFP) to let the AccessNSW team know exactly what kind of event you are planning, and what you need. We will source quotes from venues and suppliers appropriate to your needs. This is done with complete confidentiality, so your privacy is always protected.
Step 2: Browse event or conference shortlists
AccessNSW will confirm receipt of your RFP, and identify the best venues, products and services to suit your event or conference.
Step 3: Attend event or conference site inspections
If you would like to visit a potential venue before booking it (and this is recommended in all event planning), AccessNSW will provide you with proposals and coordinate site inspections of the short-listed venues.
Step 4: Finalise your event plans
All that is left for you to do is to finalise the arrangements and payment procedures with the suppliers you choose.

By submitting a Request for Proposal you agree to advise Business Events Sydney of the venue and services you confirm for your event.
