Free event planning help and information
BESydney's official event planning team, AccessNSW, can take all the hard work out of your next conference, meeting, corporate party or team-building event.
AccessNSW take care of your event planning checklist
AccessNSW will provide you with a shortlist of suitable venues and all the suppliers you need, from locations and accommodation, to caterers, entertainers, equipment hire and corporate transport. In preparing this shortlist, the team will take into account:
- Your objectives for the event or conference
- When you plan to hold the event or conference
- Where you plan to hold the event or conference
- The visitors you intend to invite
- Anything else unique to your event and your needs
AccessNSW will help with almost any size events, conferences and meetings. The free event planning service is available to any meeting with 50 guests or more, or using 10 accommodation rooms.
