"After finishing my Higher School Certificate I decided that I wanted a career in events. I’d always been interested in the industry and thought it would be a fun and creative way to earn a living.
"I decided to go to TAFE and complete a Diploma of Events Management. During my course I did work experience with many different organisations including Tour Hosts, Exhibitions and Trade Fairs and DC Conferences.
"I have also been a dental assistant and am trained as a barista. I’m sure my coffee-making skills will come in handy in the business environment and will also help me build allies within the industry.
"I am only a new comer to Business Events Sydney, joining the team in mid 2008. It has been a dream come true to start my career with such a well respected organisation and work in such a flexible and friendly environment. I am hoping to learn a lot about the business and events world.
"In my spare time I love to go shopping, spend time with my family and friends and have been known to ‘bust a move’ every now and then when I am out clubbing.
"I believe some of the best things about Sydney are the harbour, the beaches, especially Coogee Beach, and also the range of venues available. These range from the conventional and traditional to the weird and wonderful; you can find the perfect venue for any event in Sydney!"
